JOB OVERVIEW

Web Project & Operations Manager
Remote | Philippines Preferred
Part-time (~20 hrs/week) → potential to grow into full-time

About the Role

We're a marketing agency for industrial manufacturers and B2B companies. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Web Project & Operations Manager to oversee WordPress projects, coordinate with our developer, do QA, and handle website-related client communication. Not a dev role — we already have a strong developer. We need someone who keeps things moving and catches details.

Important: This role is meant to grow into full-time. We need someone who can treat this as their primary job, not a side gig.

Requirements

Hands-on WordPress + Elementor experience
Prior experience as a Project Manager directly managing a developer (not just using PM tools)
Strong written and spoken English — comfortable on client/dev calls
Excellent organization, follow-through, attention to detail
Can juggle multiple tasks/timelines at once
Good eye for layout, consistency, website quality
Comfortable with ClickUp or similar tools
Able to commit fully to this role given the full-time growth path

Nice to Have: cPanel/FTP/DNS/SSL/backups, website maintenance experience, basic SEO, agency/client website experience

How to Apply

Please answer the questions below in your own words, based on real experience. These are scenario questions, not trivia — we want to know how you actually think and act, not a textbook answer. Applications that copy-paste generic answers or skip the specifics will not be considered.

1.The missed deadline: Tell us about a real time your developer missed a deadline or delivered something broken/incomplete. What exactly did you say to the client (or did you delay telling them), and what did you change afterward so it wouldn't happen again?

2.The live-site emergency: You find a broken contact form or checkout on a client's live site 20 minutes before a scheduled client call — and your developer is currently unreachable. Walk us through exactly what you do in that 20 minutes, step by step.

3.The conflicting priorities: Two clients both have "urgent" requests on the same day, but you only have one developer and limited hours. How do you d ---------- who goes first, and how do you communicate that decision to the client who has to wait?
The scope pushback: A client insists on a change that your developer says is a bad idea technically (e.g., will break mobile responsiveness or slow the site down). The client won't budge. What do you actually do — and what do you say to each side?

4.Your English speaking comfort: Please attach a short (1–2 minute) voice note or video introducing yourself in English, and briefly walking through your experience managing a developer share it via google drive make sure its public so we could access it.

5.DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DONT AGREE WITH THE RATE
