The Role

We are hiring a Community & Project Manager to own the day-to-day for a portfolio of client accounts. Half of this role is classic project management: timelines, coordination, and client communication structured around a wellmaintained calendar. The other half is hands on LinkedIn: publishing posts, engaging in comments on the clientʼs behalf, and growing their presence week over week. This is the ideal role if you like owning outcomes and understand how LinkedIn works.

Responsibilities

Client and Account Management
-Act as the day to day point of contact for your client portfolio
-Run onboarding: brand voice, target audience, goals, account access, and posting preferences
Hold the check-in cadence agreed at kickoff and keep clients updated before they have to ask
Collect client feedback and translate it into clear direction for the team

Project and Workflow Management
-Own timelines for every deliverable, from content planning through publishing
-Keep tasks, deadlines, and statuses accurate and current in our project management system
-Coordinate strategists, writers, and designers so nothing stalls waiting on someone
-Manage inputs such as approvals, assets, and availability before they turn into delays
-Spot bottlenecks and solve them, not just report them

LinkedIn Content Management
-Schedule LinkedIn posts
-Build and maintain the content calendar, holding a consistent weekly posting cadence
-Coordinate visuals with the designer: images, carousels, and document posts
-Route posts for client approval and manage revisions with quick turnarounds

Engagement and Growth
-Run daily engagement on behalf of clients with thoughtful comments on relevant posts in their niche
-Reply to comments on client posts to keep conversations alive and visible
-Manage connection requests and follow-ups in the client's voice
-Monitor inbound messages and surface real opportunities to the client immediately

Reporting and Performance
-Track impressions, engagement, follower growth, profile views, and inbound conversations
-Send regular reports that explain what the numbers mean, not just what they are
-Bring patterns back to the team so strategy adjusts to what is actually working

Qualifications

Required
-2+ years in project management, account management, or social media management, ideally at an agency
-Hands-on LinkedIn experience: you have managed or grown accounts and know what the platform rewards
-Exceptional written English with strong copy judgment and instinct for tone
-AI fluent, comfortable using AI, working with AI systems, and staying current on LLMʼs & AI tools
-Comfortable writing in someone else's voice and taking edits on your writing
-Extremely organized, with a track record of nothing falling through
-Self-starter who takes ownership and does not need to be micromanaged
-Full-time availability 40 hrs/week) during EST business hours

Preferred
-Experience ghostwriting or running LinkedIn for founders and executives
-Familiarity with social, CRM, and analytics tools such as ClickUp, Airtable, Notion, Slack, and Metricool
-B2B background in professional services, finance, real estate, legal, or tech
-Basic design sense in Canva for post visuals and carousels
