JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a Network Assistant to support the daily operations of our growing affiliate network.

The role covers both the affiliate and advertiser side. You’ll be responsible for keeping offers, tracking, requests and account information organized and up to date, while helping affiliates and advertisers with day-to-day questions.

Main responsibilities

* Onboarding new affiliates and advertisers in Everflow
* Setting up and testing postbacks
* Setting up new offers and maintaining offer information
* Updating tracking links, payouts, GEOs, caps and restrictions
* Approving affiliates on relevant offers
* Sharing tracking links, creatives and campaign information
* Handling day-to-day affiliate and advertiser requests
* Troubleshooting basic tracking issues
* Following up on open requests and making sure nothing gets missed
* Keeping affiliate, advertiser and offer information organized
* Following up with inactive affiliates and suggesting relevant offers where applicable

Requirements

* Experience with Everflow and Slack
* Basic understanding of affiliate tracking, postbacks and tracking parameters
* Previous experience in affiliate marketing or at an affiliate network
* Good written English
* Strong attention to detail
* Organized, reliable and proactive
* Comfortable working independently
* Available during CET working hours, 09:00–18:00

This is a long-term role with room to take on more responsibility over time.
