What the job is

We run e-commerce brands and we advertise on Facebook every single day. Winning ads are not invented, they are rebuilt. Our system is already built and documented. We need one person to run it, every day, with Claude.

Your target is 50 finished static ads per day. That number sounds high until you see the process — you are not designing from a blank page. You are taking an ad that already works and rebuilding it for our product.

Your daily work

1. Find what is already winning. Open the ad libraries, find the ads that have been running for months. A long-running ad is a profitable ad. Save them to our swipe library.

2. Rebuild them for our products. Write the image prompt in Claude, generate the image. Same composition, same framing, same energy as the original — only the product, the text and the numbers change. You are not being creative. You are being accurate.

3. Regenerate until it matches. The first output is never right. You look at what is off, you fix the prompt, you go again.

4. Always 1080 × 1080. Every single one, even when the original ad is vertical. You check the exported size before you deliver. This is not open to interpretation.

5. Send the batch every day. You get revision notes back. You apply them the same day and resend. This loop is the job.

6. Log every image — unique name, archived, with the prompt that made it. We must be able to relaunch any winner months later without regenerating it.

What we need from you
Written English that a native speaker would not flag. You write the prompts and the text that goes on the images. This is the first filter, before anything else.
You have used AI image tools. Claude, ChatGPT, Higgsfield, Midjourney, Nano Banana, Firefly — any of them. You already know the first output is rarely good.
You can match a layout. Canva, Photoshop or Figma — place text cleanly, match a font, export exact dimensions.
You follow a written process exactly. "Always 1080 × 1080" means always.
You are extremely organised. File names, folders, registries. If you cannot find an image from three weeks ago in ten seconds, this is not for you.
You tell us when you are blocked instead of going quiet.
You can handle volume without dropping quality. This is repetitive work. The person who thrives here is the person who likes a rhythm, not the person who needs a new challenge every week.

Facebook Ads Manager. Claude Code. Any direct response marketing background — we will train you on our system.
