AI Video Creator / Editor (Remote, Full-Time)

Compensation: €800 to €1,000 per month, with performance bonuses and revenue-share opportunities for outstanding work

The Role:
You will turn written scripts into finished videos, end to end. From a script we hand you, you will:
Build complete scenes and generate all the necessary footage (rushes) with AI
Create highly realistic AI humans that talk, move, and convey real emotion
Create and manage AI agents and avatars
Produce a wide range of styles: Pixar-style animation, stylized animated content, and ultra-realistic CGI, either built from existing assets or created from scratch
Assemble everything into a polished, ready-to-publish video

Any other AI tool you need to get the job done (we will provide access)

Advanced skill level in AI video generation: you already master these tools and can handle everything listed above from day one
Strong fundamentals in video editing and visual storytelling
