JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Kajabi Platform & Automation Specialist to own the technical build and automations for a UK educational course provider inside Kajabi.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- In Kajabi, build high-converting landing pages, checkout, course portals, and community spaces following brand guidelines.
- Implement native Kajabi Advanced Automations, email nurture flows, lead capture systems, and tagging architectures.
- Configure various offers, including digital products, cohort enrolments, setup fees, and recurring subscription billing.
- Set up weekly automated weekly content uploads (call recordings, resources) and automated workflows.
- Systematically test user journeys and resolve any issues in QA testing.

Required Experience & Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining Kajabi environments.
- Experience with Kajabi Products/Courses, Offers, Checkout, Email Campaigns, Forms, Automations, Communities and customer access.
- Ability to build complex but maintainable customer journeys using native Kajabi automations and branching logic.
- Experience testing recurring subscriptions, trial periods, setup fees, failed payments, cancellations and access states.
- Comfortable troubleshooting customer-login, product-access, tagging, email and checkout issues.
- Able to QA test the full journey as a new lead, applicant, buyer, member and cancelled member.
- Ability to document technical setup clearly for non-technical team members.
- Good judgement on when NOT to add an external tool.

Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with UK-based digital education, course providers or membership businesses.
- Basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting for Kajabi customisations.
- Understanding of email deliverability, domain authentication and sender reputation.
