JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for one person to become my right hand.

I manage operations and administration across several US companies — healthcare services, real estate, publications, and a few software projects. I currently do far too much of the day-to-day myself. I need someone capable enough to take a real share of it off my plate, permanently.

This is not a data entry job. I am not looking for someone who waits to be told what to do. I am looking for someone who notices a problem before I do and tells me about it.

WHAT YOU WOULD WORK ON

- Monitoring Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads — watching spend, flagging what is working and what is wasting money, and eventually managing campaigns
- Lead tracking and CRM management, mostly in GoHighLevel
- Task and project management in ClickUp — keeping projects moving and following up with people who owe us things
- Research: finding information, verifying it, and telling me what you actually found rather than what you assume
- Reports and spreadsheets — pulling numbers together so I can make a decision quickly
- Following up with employees and vendors until things are actually finished
- Email and general admin
- Website updates and basic troubleshooting
- Whatever comes up on a given day

WHAT I ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT

Honestly, most of the list above can be taught. What cannot be taught is how you think.

I would rather hire someone very smart with less experience than someone with a long resume who needs step-by-step instructions. If you are the kind of person who gets stuck, spends twenty minutes on Google and ChatGPT, works it out, and then tells me what you did — you are who I am looking for.

I use AI tools constantly and I expect you to. Being good with ChatGPT, Claude, and similar tools is a real advantage here, not something to hide.

REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong computer skills and genuinely fast at learning new software
- Comfortable with numbers — you should be able to look at a spreadsheet of ad spend and tell me what it means
- Reliable internet and a working backup (mobile data or a second connection)
- Able to work a schedule with substantial overlap with New York business hours
- You want a long-term position, not a side gig

NICE TO HAVE, NOT REQUIRED

- Any hands-on experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads
- GoHighLevel, ClickUp, or similar tools
- Basic website editing (WordPress or similar)

THE DETAILS

- Full time, 35 hours per week
- $650 to $900 per month depending on experience and how you do in the hiring process
- Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, with Friday a short day. Our office is closed Friday afternoon through Saturday night, and on Jewish holidays. This is a permanent part of the schedule, so please make sure it works for you before applying.
- Paid biweekly via Wise
- Health stipend after the trial period
- 13th month bonus
- Occasional overtime when something is urgent
- We use Teams and WhatsApp to communicate, and time tracking software during work hours
- There is a paid two-week trial before the position becomes permanent

HOW TO APPLY

Please do not send a generic application. I read all of them and generic ones are an immediate no.

Send me:

1. A short note — a few sentences on why this role interests you specifically. Not your life story.
2. Your answers to the four questions below.
3. A short video, 60 to 90 seconds, introducing yourself. Just you talking to your webcam. I want to hear how you speak English and how you think. It does not need to be edited or polished.
4. Your resume.

THE FOUR QUESTIONS:

1. Tell me about a time you were given an unclear or incomplete instruction at work. What did you do?
2. You are told a Google Ads campaign "isn't working." You have full access to the account. What are the first five things you check, and why those five?
3. What is something you taught yourself in the last year, and how did you go about it?
4. What is your desired monthly rate, and what schedule can you reliably work?

Please put the word BLUEPRINT at the top of your application so I know you read the whole post.

I read every application personally. If your application is thoughtful, you will hear back from me either way.
