JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We run a fast-growing lead generation agency serving residential and commercial painting contractors across the US. Painting business owners find us through our Facebook/Instagram ads and fill out a form asking to work with us — you will never be cold calling. Your job is to get these warm, inbound leads on a Google Meet call and close them into paying clients.

Our Offer (What You'll Be Selling)
No monthly retainers, no shared leads. It's a pay-on-delivery model:

One-time setup fee to activate their exclusive territory
A price per exclusive lead, billed only after it's delivered
If we send zero leads, they pay zero dollars — the risk is on us, which makes this an easy close

What You'll Do:
Follow up instantly (call, text, email) with contractors who fill out our Meta ad forms
Run 15-30 minute Google Meet demo calls with painting company owners
Uncover pain points — bad experiences with Angi/HomeAdvisor, slow seasons, empty crew schedules
Pitch the setup fee + pay-per-lead model and handle objections
Close the deal live on the call: take their card and process the setup fee through Stripe/GoHighLevel
Walk the new client through the onboarding form (their zip codes, services, daily lead cap)

What We're Looking For
2–3+ years of proven B2B closing experience, ideally with US business owners or contractors
Experience selling marketing services, SaaS, or lead generation packages is a strong plus
Excellent spoken and written English, confident and persuasive on camera
Comfortable running a structured sales call: discovery → pitch → objection handling → close
Proficient with Google Meet, GoHighLevel (CRM), and Stripe

Full-time, Monday–Friday, US business hours (EST/CST/PST — specify shift on apply)

Pay & Perks
Base: based on experience
commission for every contractor who pays the setup fee
residual commission for every lead the contractor pays for, during their first 60 days
Salary Paid bi-weekly
13th-month pay
