JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a full-time Direct-Response Copywriter who uses AI to produce better thinking and faster iteration, not generic first-draft copy.

This is not a general content-writing role. Your job is to turn customer research, product facts, and performance feedback into persuasive concepts and copy that sell.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Research customers, reviews, competitors, objections, desires, and market language
- Develop hooks, angles, big ideas, and ad concepts for paid social
- Write short- and long-form Meta ad copy
- Write native story ads and advertorials
- Create and improve landing pages, product pages, and sales pages
- Produce meaningfully different variations based on performance feedback
- Use AI for research, synthesis, ideation, drafting, critique, and iteration
- Check claims, logic, voice, and source accuracy before anything is submitted

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Proven direct-response copywriting experience with portfolio evidence
- Excellent written English and a natural, persuasive voice
- Strong understanding of audience psychology, mechanisms, objections, proof, and offers
- Ability to research independently and find useful insights instead of waiting for every prompt
- Real AI proficiency: you can build context, work from source material, compare approaches, critique weak output, fact-check, and improve the final copy
- Fast, organized, proactive, and comfortable receiving direct feedback
- Good judgment. We do not want unedited ChatGPT copy or formulaic marketing language

HOW TO APPLY

2. Choose your strongest piece. In no more than 150 words, explain the audience, core problem, angle or mechanism, proof, and what you would improve today.

3. A customer review says: "I almost did not buy because it looked like another gimmick, but after one week my dog stopped fighting me at dental time." Give three genuinely different ad angles. For each, provide one hook and one sentence explaining why the angle is different. Maximum 180 words total.

4. Describe one real AI-assisted copy workflow you used recently. Name the tools or models, what context you supplied, how you judged or rejected outputs, and one important change you personally made before the final version. Maximum 200 words.

5. State your expected monthly salary, earliest start date, Philippine working hours, and any other ongoing job commitments.

We are looking for a long-term team member. Shortlisted applicants will have a brief interview and may be offered a paid trial assignment.
