JOB OVERVIEW

We are a marketing agency running Meta ads for private medical clinics in Singapore. We are hiring one designer to create static image ads for Facebook and Instagram.

This is a performance role, not a branding role. Your ads get judged on whether they produce booked appointments, and you will see the numbers every week.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Design 15 to 25 unique static ads per week (4:5 and 9:16), from a written brief
- Turn a strategy angle into an ad: headline, layout, hierarchy, visual idea
- Build each ad as a genuinely different idea, not one layout recoloured five times
- Work inside strict rules: no before-and-after photos, no patient testimonials, no "best" or "guaranteed" claims. Singapore medical advertising law forbids them
- Write two or three sentences on every ad explaining the idea and who it is for
- Iterate on winners when an ad performs, instead of always starting from zero

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

- Real experience designing static ads for LEAD GENERATION businesses (clinics, coaching, home services, finance, legal, B2B). E-commerce-only portfolios will not be considered. This is the most important requirement
- Speed with quality. We need volume and variety, every week
- Understanding of how Meta actually works: why 4:5 for feed, why Advantage+ auto-crop wrecks a layout, why an ad has to read in half a second on a muted phone screen at thumbnail size
- Enough creative strategy sense to understand WHY an angle exists and who it is aimed at. You do not need to run ads or buy media. We handle that
- Figma, Photoshop, or Canva. Send us your source files
- Good written English

NICE TO HAVE

- Aesthetics, healthcare, or any regulated industry experience
- Experience producing ads at volume for an agency

HOW TO APPLY

2. Show us ONE ad that performed well and ONE that failed, from the same account. Tell us why you think the second one lost

4. How would you sell a $14,000 surgery with no before-and-after photos, no testimonials, no reviews, and no discount? Two or three sentences

Shortlisted applicants get a small paid test: six static ads in 48 hours, with a short note on each. We pay for the test whether or not we hire you.
