JOB OVERVIEW

Hiring experienced QA & Technical Project Coordinator to help manage and quality-check website projects. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong website QA/testing background who is also experienced in coordinating projects, managing tasks and deadlines, and communicating with team members.

Responsibilities
- Perform QA testing on WordPress and WooCommerce websites
- Identify, document, and follow up on bugs and technical issues
- Review completed developer work before client delivery
- Coordinate developers, designers, and other team members
- Manage project tasks, timelines, priorities, and deadlines
- Assist with website launches and final QA
- Provide clear project updates and proactively follow up on outstanding items

Requirements
- 5+ years of website/software QA or related technical experience
- Strong website QA/testing and troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, hosting, DNS, and website development
- Experience coordinating developers or website projects
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable
- Experience with project management and ticket-based systems
- Ability to work during U.S. Pacific Time (PDT) hours
- Reliable internet/power connection and remote work computer setup

Strong Advantage
- Previous experience working with a digital marketing or web development agency
- Experience as a QA Tester, Technical Project Coordinator, or Website Project Manager
- Hands-on WordPress/WooCommerce development experience
