JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing VA operations and project management agency supporting entrepreneurs, founders, coaches, and online businesses in the United States.

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and results-driven Sales Representative who is comfortable working in a commission-based role and has previous experience in sales, business development, or client-facing positions.

This is a fully remote/virtual role, but we welcome candidates with sales experience in both virtual and in-person environments. You should be comfortable speaking directly with prospective clients, understanding their needs, presenting services, following up consistently, and helping turn qualified leads into clients.

We are looking for someone who is confident but not pushy, communicates professionally, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.

You should be comfortable taking initiative, following up consistently, and being accountable for your sales results. Since this is commission-based, this role is best suited for someone who is motivated by performance and sees the opportunity to increase their earnings by generating and closing more business.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and earning based on results.

COMPENSATION
* $4/hr + 10%-20% commission
* Commission earning will be based on successful sales/closed deals/ clients
* Opportunity to earn more as you generate and close more business

SCHEDULE
* Must be available during U.S. business hours
* Must be comfortable working a graveyard/night shift in the Philippines
* Exact schedule may vary depending on client and prospect availability

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Communicate with prospective clients through calls, email, messaging, and other channels
* Conduct discovery and sales calls with potential clients
* Understand prospects' needs and recommend appropriate services
* Present and explain service offerings clearly and confidently
* Build relationships with potential clients and maintain professional communication
* Follow up consistently with leads and prospects
* Handle basic sales objections and questions
* Move prospects through the sales process from initial conversation to close
* Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and sales activity
* Coordinate with the internal team for client handoff after closing
* Help identify new sales and business development opportunities

REQUIREMENTS
Must Have:
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Previous sales, business development, or client-facing experience
* Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based prospects and clients
* Confident communicating through video calls, phone calls, email, and chat
* Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure
* Willing and able to work during U.S. business hours / Philippine graveyard shift
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects
* Comfortable following up and asking for the sale
* Self-motivated and results-oriented
* Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup

Preferred:
* Experience in virtual/remote sales
* In-person sales experience
* Experience selling services, particularly B2B or professional services
* Experience working with U.S.-based clients
* Experience with lead generation, prospecting, and outbound sales
* Experience using CRM or sales pipeline tools
* Experience working with entrepreneurs, founders, agencies, or small businesses
