The Position
We are seeking a highly organised Freelance/Outsourced Marketing Production Designer to join our creative pipeline.
If you love working with structured systems, multi-page layouts, and transforming established templates into pixel-perfect marketing collateral, this is the role for you. We provide the templates, and the clear direction – you bring the technical layout precision and prepress expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
You will primarily support out team by keeping our brand assets flowing smoothly across print and digital platforms:
• Production of multi-page catalogues and product overviews across all Tank Stream Design brands
• Complete ad-hoc marketing and design requests for our internal team.
• Assist our Sales team with in-store POS and seasonal campaign roll out
• Adapt, resize and export design assets for flawless web and digital deployment
• Updating existing layouts with our structured template library

• Curated Asset Access: No digging through massive servers. You’ll have direct access to a highly organised, specific folder library containing the templates, images and brand guidelines required for your tasks.
• Established frameworks: Most of the core creative work is already templated, allowing you to focus on volume, execution, and accuracy.

About You / Qualifications:
This role is perfect for a technical layout specialist who thrives on organisation, precision, and consistency who:
• is experienced in high volume artwork production and multi-page catalogue layouts.
• Has 5+ years of Adobe Creative Cloud experience, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Is skilled in building EDM’s from Illustrator and InDesign and implementing them in Klaviyo[BF1.1]
• is skilled in prepping print ready files for print and optimising digital assets for web platforms
• has exceptional attention to detail. You rarely miss a mistyped price, a mismatched image, or an incorrect product specification.
• can manage multiple brand requests simultaneously while maintaining a clear, professional communication loop.

Highly Desirable (not essential)
Experience working with Elastic Suite and familiarity with the Shopify e-commerce ecosystem.
