Lyons Cards LLC is a fast-growing, family-owned sports-card and live-commerce company based in St. Louis, Missouri.
We are building a modern sports-card business around:
* Live breaks
* Premium singles
* PSA/BGS/SGC graded cards
* Sealed sports-card products

Our primary sports are football and basketball, with select baseball inventory.
We are looking for a highly capable Philippines-based team member who can help us turn inventory into revenue while keeping our online listings, customer inquiries and card inventory organized.

POSITION
Sports Cards Sales & Inventory Specialist
This is not simply a data-entry job.
This person will help Lyons Cards with:
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT + SALES + INVENTORY + LISTINGS + MARKETPLACE SUPPORT
The ideal person is extremely organized, fast, commercially minded, comfortable learning new software, and able to communicate with U.S. customers at a very high level.

ENGLISH REQUIREMENT — C2 MASTERY
C2-level English mastery is required.
You must be able to:
* Write naturally to U.S. customers
* Understand casual American English and slang
* Respond professionally without sounding scripted
* Handle negotiations

* Recognize when a customer is serious versus simply asking questions

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. CUSTOMER / MARKETPLACE SALES SUPPORT
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across approved Lyons Cards channels.
These may include:

Responsibilities include:
* Answering product questions
* Responding to comments
* Responding to pricing inquiries
* Handling offers
* Following up with interested customers
* Helping convert inquiries into sales
* Providing basic shipping/order information
* Maintaining a professional Lyons Cards voice
The objective is not simply to answer messages.
The objective is to help produce sales.

2. OFFER / NEGOTIATION MANAGEMENT
Lyons Cards will establish pricing and negotiation guidelines.
You will be expected to:
* Know the current asking price
* Understand approved negotiation ranges
* Respond to reasonable offers
* Recognize serious buyers
* Avoid unnecessarily discounting inventory
* Escalate offers that fall outside your approved authority
Example:
If a card is listed at $500 and an offer falls within an approved range, you may be authorized to continue the negotiation.
If an offer falls below the approved range or involves an important card, immediately send the offer to Connor Lyons for a decision.
Do not guess.
Do not make unauthorized discounts.

3. CARD INVENTORY INTAKE
A major responsibility will be helping Lyons Cards rapidly load inventory into Card Dealer Pro, our inventory management system.
We are intentionally simplifying this process.
The goal is:
GET THE CARD INTO THE SYSTEM QUICKLY AND ACCURATELY.
You may receive batches of card photographs from Connor or another Lyons Cards team member.
Example:
Connor sends you 20–50 card photographs and basic instructions.
You then create/import the batch and make sure those cards are properly entered into inventory.

Inventory will generally begin in two major categories:
GRADED / SLABS

* BGS / Beckett

* Other approved grading companies
Important information may include:

Raw cards are cards that have not been professionally graded.

We do NOT want unnecessary data entry that slows down the operation.
Accuracy and speed are both important.

5. INVENTORY STATUS / USE
Cards may be assigned different jobs inside the company.
Examples:
AVAILABLE
Normal inventory available to sell.
HOLD
Do not sell without management approval.
REPACK
Reserved or considered for Lyons Cards repack products.
GRADE
Raw card intended for professional grading.
REVIEW
Management decision required.

6. PRICING SUPPORT
Market value — not historical purchase cost — drives our selling decisions.
Management will establish pricing using current card-market information and revenue-management principles.
You may be given a price directly by Connor or management.

Your responsibility is to enter the cards correctly and make sure the correct selling price/status appears in the system.
As you develop, you may assist with basic market research and comparable sales.
Final pricing authority remains with Lyons Cards management unless otherwise delegated.

7. SHOPIFY / E-COMMERCE SUPPORT
Card Dealer Pro is the primary inventory system.

* Verify pricing

* Correct listing errors
* Organize collections
* Monitor customer inquiries
* Identify products that need updated pricing
* Ensure sold inventory is properly handled across channels
You should become comfortable working inside modern e-commerce software.

8. WHATNOT / LIVE-COMMERCE SUPPORT
Lyons Cards is building a significant live-commerce business on Whatnot.
You may assist with:
* Show listings
* Product setup

* Inventory reconciliation
You will not automatically be responsible for hosting shows.
Your job is to help the hosts and management operate efficiently behind the scenes.
