REMOTE OUTBOUND CALLER

Part-Time Independent Contractor

ABOUT US

Upkeep Standard is a family-owned residential cleaning company serving Northwest Chicagoland. We provide dependable biweekly and monthly home cleaning.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a friendly and reliable remote caller to speak with potential customers, learn whether they are interested in recurring home cleaning, and help qualified prospects take the next step.

This is a part-time position with the potential for ongoing work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Make outbound calls using a company-provided contact list
* Introduce Upkeep Standard in a friendly and professional way
* Ask a few questions to understand the customer’s needs
* Identify interest in biweekly or monthly cleaning
* Schedule qualified prospects for the next step
* Record call outcomes and notes accurately
* Follow the provided script and calling procedures
* Respect all requests not to be called again

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* Previous outbound-calling or appointment-setting experience
* Clear and friendly spoken English
* Strong listening and communication skills
* Reliable attendance
* Comfortable receiving feedback and coaching
* Computer, headset, stable internet, and a quiet place to work
* Availability during agreed U.S. Central Time hours

Experience calling U.S. customers or working with a home-service business is helpful but not required.

COMPENSATION

Hourly contractor pay based on experience, with the possibility of performance bonuses.
