-WHAT WE NEED-
• A proven track record of sourcing and signing affiliates, creators, publishers, ambassadors, influencers, SEO or strategic partners
• Someone who proactively researches, pitches, follows up, and closes. You go looking for opportunities instead of waiting for them to come to you
• Experience building or growing affiliate, influencer or partner programs for a DTC brand. Wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or health experience is a plus
• Strong outreach, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A genuine love for this kind of work

-Bonus-
• Experience building an affiliate program from scratch
• Experience running creator and affiliate hybrid programs
• Experience using ---------- or a similar platform such as Partnerize, CJ, ShareASale, Awin, or Refersion
• An understanding that affiliate software is just a tool. We're much more interested in your ability to build relationships and grow a program than your ability to manage a dashboard
• Experience working with wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or health brands

We're building our partner outreach program from the ground up, and we're looking for someone to lead it.

This is not a passive account management role.

Your primary responsibility is finding and signing great Affiliate, Influencer and Referral partners.

You'll identify and research prospects, build relationships and partnerships, structure deals, manage the platform, and continuously grow the program over time.

We're looking for someone who enjoys the hunt as much as the long-term relationship.
