We are an established home repair service / contracting business of more that 25 years, we are looking for a new professional virtual office person to help with daily tasks.

Please be advised that you would be working sometime within our normal working hours. Our office hours are from 8am to 5 pm Los Angeles time.

Position can be any where from 4 hours a day up to 10. depends on your skill set and where we can place you. Pay is Also depending on that.

Job description:

This job does require you to speak on the phone to customers so please have experience with that. Some of the daily task of the job position are,
---Perform to on-line billing to customers,
---Email them as needed. ( Proper spelling and Grammar required)
---Follow up calls with customers to make sure they are happy with the service the received
--- Data entry build and/or sort out information and list.
--- Research, look up and gather information on certain subjects ,call/ email to get more info as needed.


Here are some other tasks that can be done but are not required.
--- Marketing assistant
--- PPC campaign management.
--- Graphic Design
--- Train and manage other virtual workers
--- Help stay up to date on social media accounts
--- Help with web design / development
--- Schedule and dispatch technician's to their appointments.
--- Receive and close out technician's daily jobs
--- Real estate marketing and/or transaction work
--- Outbound phone surveys
