JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview

The first 1–2 weeks will focus primarily on video and photo editing and helping me work through my existing content backlog. The initial priority will be creating high-quality content for Facebook and ---------- , along with occasional long-form video content for YouTube.

Once we have established a good working relationship and the content creation and editing workflow is running smoothly, the role will gradually expand to include Executive Assistant responsibilities. These responsibilities will primarily involve monitoring and organizing email, assisting with scheduling, and helping keep my day-to-day workflow organized.

As we continue working together, additional responsibilities may be added based on your strengths, interests, and the needs of the business.

This is intended to be a long-term position, not a short-term freelance project. We will work closely together, and I am looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, eager to learn, and interested in growing with the role. There will be opportunities for increased responsibility and growth over time for the right person.

The ideal candidate will start by becoming familiar with my content style, brand, and workflow, with the opportunity to eventually become a trusted right-hand assistant who helps manage both my content and day-to-day responsibilities.
