Experienced AI Animation Specialist — Production Bibles for Google Flow (Full-Time, Exclusive, Long-Term)

If you have never made AI animation videos, do not apply. We will not open your application. This role is not entry-level and it is not a "learn on the job" position. We are paying above market specifically so that we can hire someone who already knows exactly what they're doing.

ABOUT US

We're a supplement brand. Our growth engine is Facebook and Instagram video ads, and our video ads are AI-animated. Small team, no agency layers — you'd work directly with the founder on a weekly call.

THE ROLE IN ONE SENTENCE

I give you a finished script and a reference video showing how it should look. You produce a complete, shot-by-shot production bible that our generation team can execute end to end without asking a single question.

That's the job. Nothing else.

WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO
❌ You will not write scripts or copy
❌ You will not edit video
❌ You will not generate the images or clips yourself
❌ You will not do general VA work, admin, or customer support
❌ You will not be doing AI UGC / talking-head content — this role is animation only
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Break a script and a visual reference into shots and beats
Write the image generation prompt for every shot — character design, environment, lighting, camera, style, and the notes that keep it all consistent
Write the image-to-video prompt for every shot — motion, camera movement, timing, what happens across those seconds
Solve the hard problem: character and world consistency across 30+ shots
Write it up in a clean, repeatable format the execution team can follow blind
Sharpen the templates over time so each bible gets faster to produce
OUR STACK — YOU MUST WORK WITHIN IT
Images: Nano Banana Pro / Nano Banana 2, or another image model you prefer — your call, as long as you can justify it
Clips: Google Flow, Flash model, exclusively. Every animation prompt you write has to be built for what Flash can actually deliver — its clip length, its motion behavior, its limits. Writing beautiful prompts that Flash can't execute is the number one way to fail in this role.
THE STYLES WE MAKE

AI animation ads, in styles like:

Pixar / 3D character style
Claymation
Skeleton / anatomical character animation
3D cartoon
Vox-style explainer animation

VOLUME

Our target is around 2 production bibles per working day. We know that takes a few weeks to reach even for an experienced person — month one is about locking in the quality standard, speed follows.

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR

Required:

Proven, hands-on experience producing AI animation videos. Show me the work.
Deep practical knowledge of Google Flow / Veo, plus image models like Nano Banana, Midjourney, or similar. You know what these tools do well and where they break.
Real visual taste. You can watch a reference and articulate exactly why it looks the way it does — the lighting, the lens, the pacing, the color, the motion.
Strong, structured, simple documentation. If your bible confuses the person executing it, the bible failed.
Obsessive attention to detail. Consistency across shots lives and dies in the details.
Good written English.
Stable internet and availability for a weekly video call.

A plus, but not required:

Experience making AI animation for ads specifically (direct-response, performance marketing)
Traditional animation, 3D, motion design, or storyboarding background
Experience building prompt libraries or SOPs for a team

Exclusivity: This is a full-time, exclusive role. You will not work for other brands, agencies, or clients while working with us. In exchange, we pay above market, we pay on time, and we're building this for the long term.

Shortlisted applicants get a paid test task — a real script plus a reference video, and you write the complete production bible for it. Paid at $8/hour whether or not we hire you.
