JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growth marketing consultancy in Hong Kong. We help local SMEs scale with Meta and Google ads.
This is not a general VA job. This is not an ads job. You will not run campaigns.

Your job for the first 30 days
Take my written outlines and turn them into client-ready Canva decks: pitches, strategy reviews, workshops.
I already work in Canva. I have new outlines that do not have a Canva version yet. That is the work.

After 30 days (only if the decks are good)
Reusable Canva slide master (fonts, colors, covers, case-study slides)
LinkedIn/Instagram graphics from my briefs
Later: simple website updates. Not now.

You must have
A portfolio of Canva presentations / slide decks (required). Social-only portfolios will be rejected.
Clean layout taste. Not cluttered Canva templates.
Written English good enough for Hong Kong clients.
Full-time availability. One employer. Not 4 other clients.
Stable internet, backup (phone hotspot is fine), quiet workspace.
Comfortable on video calls 10:00–15:00 Hong Kong time when requested.

Pay and terms
$600 USD per month, full-time, paid monthly

Raise review at 90 days if quality is there
Daily end-of-day note: what you finished, what’s blocked
We work in Canva. No PowerPoint unless a client forces it.
