ABOUT US

Istanbul Airport AssistME is an airport concierge and ground assistance provider serving passengers travelling through Istanbul Airport (IST).

Our team has been providing passenger assistance services since 2018, including Meet & Assist, Fast Track, porter, lounge, buggy and airport transfer coordination.

We are looking for a reliable and intelligent English Content Writer & Community Manager for a long-term position.

This is not a simple copy-and-paste posting job. You will be responsible for researching, writing, publishing and managing original content across four platforms:

• Reddit
• Quora
• Medium
• LinkedIn

ROLE DETAILS

• Part-time: approximately 20 hours per week
• Remote position
• Flexible working hours
• Long-term opportunity

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Reddit

• Find relevant discussions about Istanbul Airport, airport greeting services, transfers, flight connections, baggage, Fast Track and passenger assistance
• Write useful and ***natural comments*** that genuinely answer the passenger’s question
• Create informative Reddit posts without sounding promotional
• Respond to comments and follow-up questions
• Follow the rules of each subreddit
• Clearly disclose your relationship with our company whenever our services are mentioned
• Never pretend to be a customer or publish fake recommendations

Quora

• Find relevant airport and travel questions
• Research and write clear, accurate and helpful answers
• Manage the company’s Quora Business Profile
• Respond to comments and additional questions
• Include our company or website only when it is genuinely relevant

Medium

• Research and write two original airport-related articles per week
• Create useful passenger guides about Istanbul Airport, transfers, baggage, Meet & Assist, Fast Track, families, elderly passengers and complicated connections
• Format and publish the articles on Medium
• Add headings, images, sources and relevant website links
• Update previously published articles when airport information changes

LinkedIn

• Open & Manage the company’s LinkedIn page
• Write and publish three professional posts per week
• Create content about airport services, passenger experience, company updates and B2B partnerships
• Respond to relevant comments and messages
• Keep the company profile complete and up to date

CONTENT RESEARCH

You will create the content yourself. We will not provide finished articles or posts.

You must:

• Research each subject before writing
• Prioritize official airport, airline, government and other trustworthy sources
• Check facts carefully before publishing
• Ask us before publishing any uncertain operational information
• Never invent terminal information, service availability, prices, meeting points or airport procedures
• Write every piece of content in natural, fluent English
• Adapt the content separately for each platform instead of copying the same text everywhere
• Maintain a weekly content calendar
• Keep a record of all published links

EXPECTED WEEKLY OUTPUT

• Reddit: 7–8 original posts and regular helpful comments
• Quora: 5–7 detailed answers
• Medium: 3-4 original articles
• LinkedIn: 5 professional posts
• Daily monitoring of comments and replies
• Weekly report containing published links, basic performance figures and next week’s content plan

IMPORTANT CONTENT RULES

We do not allow:

• Fake customer reviews or recommendations
• Pretending to be an independent customer
• Spam comments or mass link posting
• Copying content from other websites
• Publishing the same content across every platform
• Generic, unedited AI-generated content
• Invented airport information
• Buying followers, votes, comments or backlinks
• Creating additional accounts without permission

AI tools may be used to assist with research and drafting, but every piece must be fact-checked, rewritten and reviewed by you before publication.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent written English
• Strong online research and fact-checking skills
• Experience writing articles, answers or social media content
• Familiarity with Reddit culture and community rules
• Ability to write helpful content without making it sound like an advertisement
• Good judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet weekly deadlines
• Experience with Quora, Medium or LinkedIn is an advantage
• Travel, aviation or hospitality experience is an advantage
