This role requires speed without sacrificing quality. We publish content consistently across multiple channels, so efficient workflows and fast turnaround times are essential. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivers high-quality work under deadline pressure, and has professional experience working with international clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Edit long-form YouTube videos as your primary responsibility while also creating Shorts, Reels, and other short-form content
• Create engaging videos with strong storytelling, pacing, viewer retention, and clean transitions
• Deliver polished work efficiently and meet fast turnaround times to maintain a consistent publishing schedule
• Create thumbnails and supporting visual assets using Canva, Photoshop, and AI tools
• Use AI tools to streamline your editing workflow while maintaining high creative standards
• Assist with publishing content across YouTube and other platforms, including scheduling and file organization
• Collaborate with the team to improve editing workflows and develop creative content ideas
• Grow into social media strategy and performance analysis, including CTR, watch time, audience retention, and engagement

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• At least two years of professional video editing experience, including experience working with international clients
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar professional editing software
• Strong portfolio showcasing long-form YouTube editing
• Proven ability to deliver polished edits efficiently and consistently meet deadlines
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, OpusClip, and Descript
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple editing projects simultaneously
• Reliable high-speed internet connection of at least 100 Mbps and a professional remote work setup
• Available for the required daily overlap from 7:00 to 9:00 AM Eastern Time
• Must be comfortable with Hubstaff installed and used for productivity monitoring, time tracking, and payroll

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience editing product review or comparison videos
• Experience with social media management, content scheduling, or analytics
• Familiarity with the Amazon Influencer Program or affiliate marketing
• Experience using ---------- or similar video review platforms
• Motion graphics experience using After Effects or Fusion

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• $800 to $1,000 USD per month, depending on experience and skills
• 13th-month pay
• Annual merit raise and performance-based bonuses
