JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a results-driven Instagram Appointment Setter / DM Sales Specialist to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to turn Instagram conversations into qualified, booked sales calls. You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, build genuine relationships with potential clients, qualify leads, overcome basic objections, follow up consistently, and book qualified prospects into our calendar.

This is not a general virtual assistant role. We are looking for someone who understands sales conversations and knows how to move a prospect naturally from first contact to a booked call.

Responsibilities
Manage inbound Instagram DMs from potential clients
Conduct outbound DM outreach to engage qualified prospects
Start natural, personalised conversations that do not feel spammy or robotic
Build rapport and identify prospects' goals, challenges, and level of interest
Qualify leads based on our criteria
Handle common objections and keep conversations moving forward
Follow up consistently with warm and interested leads
Book qualified prospects directly into the sales calendar
Confirm and remind prospects to help improve show-up rates
Keep CRM and lead information accurate and up to date
Track daily KPIs, including outreach, conversations, qualified leads, booked calls, and show rates
Provide regular performance updates and communicate clearly with the team

Requirements
Previous experience as an Instagram DM Setter, Appointment Setter, or DM Sales Representative
Experience handling both inbound and outbound lead conversations
Strong written English and excellent communication skills
Ability to build rapport and hold natural conversations
Confidence qualifying leads and guiding conversations toward a booked call
Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
Comfortable working toward clear performance targets and KPIs
Reliable, coachable, proactive, and self-motivated

Number of meaningful conversations started

We are looking for someone who is focused on quality conversations and measurable results, not simply sending a high volume of copy-and-paste messages.
