## Social Media Content & Lead Generation Specialist | Part-Time Remote

We are looking for a **creative Social Media Content & Lead Generation Specialist** who can genuinely create content, not simply rely on AI to produce everything.

AI tools are welcome and can be used to assist with research, ideas, editing, and improving efficiency. However, we need someone who brings their **own creativity, judgment, and understanding of what makes good social media content**.

This will initially be a **10-hour-per-week paid trial**, with the opportunity to increase hours and potentially move into a **full-time role** based on performance.

### What You'll Be Doing

* Create original and engaging social media content
* Develop content ideas based on the brand, target audience, products, and current trends
* Create graphics, carousels, short-form videos, Reels, and other social content
* Write natural and engaging captions that match the brand's voice
* Edit short-form videos for social media
* Schedule and publish content across different platforms
* Help build and maintain a content calendar
* Research competitors, trends, customer interests, and content opportunities
* Engage with comments, messages, and potential customers
* Research and identify potential leads online
* Conduct social media outreach and support lead generation activities
* Track leads and maintain organized prospect information

### What We're Looking For

We want someone who **understands content**, not someone who simply enters prompts into AI tools and posts the output.

You should be able to understand a business and its audience, develop your own ideas, and turn those ideas into finished posts, graphics, and videos.

Using AI is absolutely fine. We expect it to be used as a tool to improve productivity and creativity, but **you should not be fully reliant on AI to create your work.**

### Requirements

* At least **1 year of hands-on experience** in social media content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role
* Portfolio showing content you have personally created
* Strong creative and visual judgment
* Experience with Canva or similar design tools
* Ability to edit Reels, TikToks, and other short-form videos
* Strong written English
* Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
* Experience with lead generation or online prospecting
* Able to work independently and turn ideas into finished content
* Good understanding of current social media trends
* Strong attention to detail

### Nice to Have

* Canva and CapCut experience
* Experience managing business social media accounts
* Photography or video content experience
* Experience creating content for different brands or industries
* LinkedIn prospecting or lead generation experience
* Meta Business Suite experience
* CRM or lead tracking experience

### Employment Details

**Employment Type:** Part-Time with potential to become Full-Time
