JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a long-term AI Avatar Video Creator to produce engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.

This is not a basic video editing role. We need an AI-native creator who can turn a concept or product benefit into an attention-grabbing short video using storytelling, scripting, AI prompting, voice generation, video generation, and editing.

We provide access to all required paid AI tools and software. The right candidate should be able to consistently create 5–10 completed videos per day after onboarding.

Responsibilities:

Create short-form AI avatar and AI-generated videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts

Write, improve, and structure scripts with strong hooks, storytelling, benefits, objections, and calls to action

Use Google Veo, Google Gemini/Omni workflows, and ElevenLabs to create video scenes, voiceovers, and supporting content

Create effective prompts and adjust AI settings to improve visual quality, consistency, pacing, delivery, and realism

Edit videos in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software

Add captions, B-roll, product visuals, sound effects, music, transitions, zooms, and other pattern interrupts

Follow provided examples, scripts, creative direction, brand guidelines, and SOPs

Organize and upload completed work to Google Drive

Complete revisions quickly and communicate clearly

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with Google Veo, Gemini/Omni, ElevenLabs, or comparable AI video tools

Strong AI prompting skills for video, voice, and visuals

Experience creating TikTok, Reels, Shorts, ecommerce ads, or direct-response videos

Ability to tell a compelling story in 15–60 seconds

Strong understanding of hooks, viewer retention, pacing, captions, and calls to action

CapCut Desktop, Premiere Pro, or similar editing experience

Strong written English and reliable communication

Available for long-term full-time work
