JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced video editor to join our team for our brand, Bare Babe. Bare Babe is a fast-growing bra accessories brand in the U.S. market. We sell premium nipple covers, sticky bras, boob tape, and related products.

We want someone who is highly skilled at editing short-form video, has strong taste, works fast, and can take ownership of projects with minimal hand-holding. Most of your work will be building ads out of our existing UGC library - finding the ad inside the footage, not cutting to a locked script.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Edit videos for Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and Tiktok Ads
- Build new ads from existing UGC footage, selecting the best clips for each video
- Edit videos for organic social content
- Develop video concepts when a script is not provided and adjust a brief when the footage does not support it
- Add captions, text overlays, music, and basic motion graphics
- Produce multiple variations of a winning video for testing
- Use AI editing tools where they speed up the work, with your own review on every deliverable
- Organize and maintain our video asset library
- Deliver final files in the correct specs for each platform

REQUIREMENTS
- Strong experience editing short-form video ads for e-commerce or DTC brands
- Proficient in Premiere Pro or Final Cut, plus basic motion graphics
- Proven ability to build a finished ad from raw UGC without a detailed shot list
- Strong sense of pacing and hooks
- Familiar with Amazon video ad requirements (no pricing, no star ratings, no references to Amazon)
- Comfortable delivering in 16:9, 9:16, and 4:5 from the same footage
- Capable with AI video tools, but not dependent on them
- Strong fluent English communication required
- Organized with file management and version control
- Proactive, able to work independently, and on top of deadlines
- Comfortable using Slack and joining regular calls

Bonus
- Amazon, Meta, or Tiktok Shop advertising experience
- Organic social media experience
- Beauty, fashion, lingerie, or apparel brand experience
- Basic graphic design skills

Schedule
- Part-time, around 20 hours per week, with option to grow into full-time
- Remote
- Hourly, with option to move to salary/retainer based on work performance
- Must have working hours that overlap reasonably with Thailand time to review work with the founder (Founder based in Thailand)
