JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for an experienced CRM developer to build or customise a CRM for a growing social media and marketing agency based in Sydney, Australia!

Key features: We require a one stop shop Client portal for
Invoicing & payments
Client Agreements, Contracts & e-signatures
Content/video uploads for client feedback & approval
Content calendars & posting schedules
Task & project management
Lead pipeline & client onboarding
File/brand asset storage
Reporting, automations & integrations

At the moment we use Google suite for everyday including gmail for emailing, Dropbox for uploading edited content and reels, and invoice our clients with MYOB. I would like my clients to have a premium one stop shop experience when they onboard with us

Open to an off-the-shelf solution or custom build, and happy to take recommendations on the best approach. We have looked at Assembly but open to other ideas
