JOB OVERVIEW

Run a U.S. sales day. Close $15K–$169K chamber sales.

Superhuman Chambers sells professional hyperbaric systems to U.S. clinics, wellness and performance operators, hospitality groups, multi-location businesses, and private buyers.

This is a full-cycle closing role—not appointment setting or script reading.

You will:
• Own U.S. buyer conversations from discovery through proposal, negotiation, close, and operational handoff.
• Map stakeholders, build the buyer case, handle objections, and defend price with evidence.
• Keep CRM stages, notes, follow-up, and forecasts accurate.
• Work assigned demand and source part of your own pipeline.

You should be able to show:
• Personal results from high-ticket or complex B2B sales.
• Direct experience selling to U.S. or North American buyers.
• Full-cycle ownership and clear buyer communication.
• Sustainable experience working a full Eastern shift.

Offer:
• $1,500 monthly contractor base.
• Uncapped 8% commission on self-sourced/self-closed business.
• Uncapped 5% commission on assigned, inbound, or company-sourced business.
• Commission is calculated on Net Collected Revenue: customer cash retained after taxes, freight/pass-through costs, refunds, chargebacks, and credits.
• Full-time 9 a.m.–5 p.m. ET schedule—about 9 p.m.–5 a.m. or 10 p.m.–6 a.m. Philippine time, depending on daylight saving.
