**Company:** Diamond Interiors LLC
**Location:** Remote
**Market Served:** Metro Atlanta, Georgia
**Schedule:** Full-time, 30–40 hours per week
**Required Availability:** Must be available during Eastern Time business hours

## About Diamond Interiors

Diamond Interiors is a fast-growing Atlanta cleaning company serving commercial businesses, property professionals, short-term-rental operators, and residential clients.

We are expanding in two major areas:

1. Securing recurring commercial cleaning contracts throughout Metro Atlanta.
2. Building an online education and Skool community that teaches aspiring entrepreneurs how to launch and grow profitable cleaning businesses.

We are seeking a highly experienced, tech-savvy professional who can generate B2B leads, conduct outbound sales calls, manage marketing campaigns, support cleaner recruiting, create professional presentations, and operate and grow our Skool education platform.

This is not a basic administrative virtual-assistant position. It is a performance-driven sales, marketing, automation, and community-management role.

## Primary Responsibilities

### 1. B2B Lead Research and Data Collection

* Identify Atlanta-area businesses that may need recurring janitorial or contracted cleaning services.
* Build targeted prospect lists for offices, medical and dental practices, salons, spas, retail stores, property-management companies, apartment communities, real estate offices, childcare facilities, gyms, event venues, and other commercial properties.
* Identify decision-makers such as business owners, office managers, property managers, facility managers, community managers, and operations leaders.
* Collect and verify business names, decision-maker names, telephone numbers, email addresses, websites, locations, industries, and prospect notes.
* Use Google Maps, LinkedIn, business directories, public databases, lead-generation platforms, and approved data-scraping tools.
* Clean, organize, deduplicate, and manage lead data in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or the company CRM.
* Research and recommend cost-effective tools for prospecting, contact enrichment, email verification, outreach automation, and pipeline management.

### 2. Outbound Calling and Commercial Client Acquisition

* Make professional outbound calls to qualified businesses during Eastern Time business hours.
* Conduct cold and warm calls using approved scripts, offers, and follow-up sequences.
* Reach business owners and decision-makers while professionally navigating receptionists and gatekeepers.
* Identify each prospect’s cleaning needs, current provider, facility size, service frequency, challenges, budget, and decision timeline.
* Explain the value of Diamond Interiors’ contracted cleaning services.
* Confidently handle objections and move qualified prospects toward the next step.
* Schedule walkthroughs, cleaning assessments, trial cleanings, proposal calls, and consultations for the CEO.
* Follow up by telephone, email, text, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.
* Nurture opportunities from initial contact through proposal and contract stages.
* Assist with closing recurring commercial cleaning agreements within approved company guidelines.

### 3. CRM and Sales-Pipeline Management

* Maintain an accurate pipeline showing every prospect’s status, notes, next action, and follow-up date.
* Categorize prospects as new, contacted, qualified, appointment booked, walkthrough completed, proposal sent, follow-up required, won, lost, or future opportunity.
* Document all calls, emails, objections, appointments, and outcomes.
* Ensure no qualified opportunity is lost because of missed follow-up.
* Prepare daily activity updates and weekly performance reports.
* Track key performance indicators, including:

* Qualified leads added
* Outbound calls completed
* Decision-makers reached
* Follow-ups completed
* Appointments and walkthroughs booked
* Proposals requested or sent
* Contracts won
* Recurring monthly revenue generated
* Lead-source and campaign conversion rates

### 4. Marketing and Social Media Management

* Develop and execute marketing campaigns for Diamond Interiors’ cleaning services and cleaning-business education programs.
* Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Skool, email, and other approved platforms.
* Conduct professional outreach through social media, direct messages, local business groups, and online communities.
* Respond promptly to comments, messages, inquiries, referrals, and quote requests.
* Create content featuring testimonials, cleaning results, educational tips, service benefits, client success stories, and business-development information.
* Repurpose long-form training content into short posts, captions, emails, presentation slides, checklists, and community discussions.
* Monitor engagement, lead volume, and conversions.
* Recommend improvements based on campaign performance and audience feedback.
* Help build awareness, trust, and authority for both Diamond Interiors and its cleaning-business education division.

### 5. Skool Community Management and Growth

* Help set up, organize, maintain, and improve the Diamond Interiors Skool community.
* Upload and organize courses, lessons, modules, videos, templates, checklists, resources, and assignments.
* Create clear course titles, descriptions, lesson summaries, announcements, and member instructions.
* Manage the Skool classroom, community calendar, events, member access, and course progression.
* Welcome new members and guide them through onboarding.
* Create automated onboarding messages, reminders, follow-up sequences, and engagement campaigns.
* Monitor member activity and identify members who need assistance or re-engagement.
* Respond to questions and comments professionally and promptly.
* Encourage discussions, accountability posts, progress updates, challenges, and success stories.
* Help maintain an active, supportive, and results-oriented community.
* Promote upcoming classes, workshops, office hours, challenges, and special events.
* Track membership growth, attendance, engagement, retention, course completion, and conversions.
* Research new Skool features, integrations, community-growth practices, and automation opportunities.
* Use approved automation and integration tools to reduce repetitive administrative work.
* Test automations before implementation and monitor them to ensure they continue working properly.
* Maintain the confidentiality of Diamond Interiors’ training materials, business systems, client information, and intellectual property.

### 6. Zoom Class and Meeting Operations

* Schedule recurring Zoom classes, coaching calls, workshops, consultations, and team meetings.
* Create and distribute meeting invitations, registration links, reminders, agendas, and preparation materials.
* Connect Zoom classes with the Skool calendar and other approved scheduling or automation systems.
* Attend assigned meetings and classes attentively.
* Monitor participant admission, attendance, chat messages, questions, recordings, and basic technical issues.
* Take organized meeting notes and document key decisions, questions, responsibilities, and deadlines.
* Create follow-up summaries and action-item lists after meetings.
* Upload class recordings and accompanying resources to the correct Skool course or community section.
* Add titles, summaries, timestamps, worksheets, and calls to action to recorded classes when required.
* Send replay notifications and follow-up messages to members who attended or missed the session.
* Maintain an organized archive of recordings, presentations, meeting notes, templates, and educational materials.
* Help automate class reminders, attendance follow-ups, replay distribution, and member re-engagement.

### 7. Presentation and Educational Content Creation

* Create polished PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva presentations for:

* Cleaning-business courses
* Live Zoom classes
* Commercial client proposals
* Sales presentations
* Cleaner training
* Team meetings
* Webinars and workshops
* Standard operating procedures
* Turn the CEO’s voice notes, outlines, recordings, documents, and ideas into well-organized educational materials.
* Create worksheets, checklists, templates, workbooks, scripts, guides, and downloadable resources.
* Maintain consistent Diamond Interiors branding across presentations and course materials.
* Proofread all materials for grammar, spelling, accuracy, clarity, and visual consistency.
* Keep source files organized and editable for future updates.
* Use AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency without publishing inaccurate, generic, or unapproved content.

### 8. Cleaner Recruiting and Operational Support

* Recruit dependable Atlanta-area cleaners to support newly acquired contracts.
* Source permanent, part-time, freelance, and per-diem cleaning professionals.
* Post job advertisements and identify effective recruiting platforms.
* Screen applicants for experience, availability, transportation, service area, professionalism, and reliability.
* Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with the CEO.
* Maintain an organized pipeline of available cleaners.
* Assist with matching cleaners to assignments using company checklists and service requirements.
* Help ensure staffing capacity grows alongside the client base.

## Required Qualifications

* Clear, confident, and easy-to-understand telephone presence.
* Demonstrated experience making outbound cold calls to businesses.
* Proven ability to generate qualified leads, book appointments, overcome objections, and contribute to closed sales.
* Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including sorting, filtering, formulas, data cleanup, deduplication, and lead tracking.
* Experience using CRMs, lead databases, sales pipelines, email marketing, and automation tools.
