JOB OVERVIEW

There is absolutely no cold calling in this role.

We are a US telehealth company. Every single person you call has been on our site within the last few days—they started a checkout, filled out a treatment form, or explicitly asked us to reach out. Your job is to call them back, have a genuine conversation, and find out what held them back.

What You Will Be Doing
Abandoned checkouts: Reaching out to people who made it to the payment page and stopped. This is your main focus and our warmest pool of leads.

Win-backs: Reconnecting with former customers who canceled but are worth checking in on.

Pipeline management: Keeping our system organized by logging every call outcome in GoHighLevel.

How You Get Paid
Base Pay: $1,000/month base, paid twice a month.

Guaranteed Minimum: For your first three months, you are guaranteed at least $1,200/month while you get comfortable with the product and the role.

Uncapped Commissions: On top of your base, you earn a commission on every order that ships, plus a compounding residual on every refill your patients make. The commission rate actually goes up as you close more orders in a month.

The Potential: On-target earnings sit around $1,450/month, and a strong month hits $2,400+. Your only limit is how many leads you can work—and since we are currently increasing our ad spend, lead volume is actively rising. Commissions are paid monthly with your month-end base pay. We will walk you through the full commission plan in the interview.

Your Schedule
00:00 to 09:00 PHT, Monday to Friday.

These are fixed US business hours. The best part? Your weekends are completely free.

What We Need From You
2+ years of experience selling over the phone to US consumers.

Clear, neutral English. You will be talking to Americans about health products, so clear communication is essential.

Dialer experience

Reliable internet as your primary connection, plus a working backup.

Bonus Points (Helpful, but not required)
Background in telehealth, pharmacy, supplements, or health products.

Experience running abandoned cart recovery or win-back campaigns.

A solid track record in a base + commission role (have your past numbers ready to share!).
