Remote (Philippines)

Dandelion Creative Co. is a boutique marketing agency that helps locally owned businesses grow through strategic marketing, beautiful branding, and websites that actually generate business.

We're looking for a talented Wix Website Growth Specialist who doesn't just build websites...you build websites that help businesses grow.

We value websites that combine exceptional design, strong user experience, and proven marketing strategy. Our goal isn't just to build attractive websites, it's to build websites that help our clients grow their businesses.

This is a project-based position, but we're looking for someone we'd love to work with again and again. If you're dependable, proactive, and consistently produce exceptional work, there will be ongoing projects waiting for you.

What You'll Own

You'll work directly with our Creative Director to build custom Wix websites for a variety of clients including:

Local service businesses
Realtors
Restaurants
Professional service businesses

Most projects are 3–5 page Wix websites with an expected turnaround of approximately 30 days.

You'll help bring each website to life by:

Strategy & Planning

Before design ever begins, you'll think like a marketer.

You'll help:

Research competitors
Develop website sitemaps
Recommend page structures
Identify missing pages
Recommend FAQs for AI-powered search
Suggest calls-to-action that improve conversions
Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer journey
Design

You'll create websites that are:

Beautiful
Modern
Mobile-friendly
Easy to navigate
Consistent with each client's brand
Designed to convert visitors into customers

You'll create:

Wireframes
Complete Wix websites
Responsive mobile layouts
Professional user experiences
SEO & AI Search Optimization

Every website should be built with visibility in mind.

You'll be responsible for:

Keyword research
Local SEO
Internal linking
Schema markup
AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO)
Optimizing for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI-powered search experiences
Technical Setup

You'll also handle:

Domain & DNS configuration
Forms
CRM integrations
Google Analytics 4
Google Tag Manager
Meta Pixel

Email integrations
Google Search Console (when applicable)
Launch

Before every website goes live, you'll:

Perform quality assurance testing
Optimize website speed
Resolve launch issues
Ensure the website is polished, error-free, and ready for the client

Our Hiring Process

Finalists will complete a paid design test.

You'll receive branding, copy, and assets for a company and build a 3-page Wix website.
