JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our e-commerce team long-term. We test new products daily in the Health & Beauty niche.
Your Responsibilities
Research competitors using the Meta Ads Library and other tools.
Find and rip image ads from competitors that could work for our products.
Know how to do your own research — we won't always provide the competitors or ads.
Create logical iterations of winning ads we send you.
Eventually, create new image ads from scratch based on your research and what is working.
Work with different products and markets.
What We're Looking For
Strong graphic design skills.
Experience with e-commerce image ads.
Experienced with Canva or similar tools.
Good at competitor and creative research.
Fast without sacrificing quality.
Reliable, responsive, communicative, and open to feedback.
Able to think for yourself and take initiative.
