Company Overview
The Compliance Services Organization didn't exist. We built it.
MP1 Solutions pioneered the Compliance Services Organization (CSO) — a new category of operating partner built to replace the fragmented vendor model that has defined compliance programs for decades. Built on the foundation of MedPro Disposal, the nation's largest privately-held medical waste company serving 35,000+ providers across 48 states over the past 15 years, MP1 Solutions extends that operational infrastructure, vendor network, and customer trust into a category we're actively building — and leading. We're doing it with a technology-forward approach, actively developing the AI infrastructure that will make this model smarter, faster, and more scalable as we grow.
What we do: We operate as the single compliance partner for non-acute healthcare facilities — consolidating every obligation into one coordinated program, assigning one dedicated account manager as the point of accountability, and actively managing the underlying vendor ecosystem through continuous evaluation, negotiation, and optimization on the practice's behalf.
Why it matters: Regulated facilities across the country are managing compliance the same fragmented way they always have. We're changing that — and we're looking for people who want to help build what comes next.
Our technology: We're actively building the AI infrastructure that sits behind this model — automating compliance tracking, surfacing risks before they become problems, and creating a system that gets smarter with every client we add. If you want to build at the intersection of compliance and technology, you're in the right place.
Our impact: Our clients never have to worry about something falling through the cracks — obligations are coordinated, tracked, and documented in one place. We audit costs, eliminate overcharges, and deliver proof of compliance that always keeps practices inspection ready. Every client has one dedicated account manager who owns their program end to end. And unlike a traditional vendor relationship, our model is designed to get better over time — continuously re-evaluated, optimized, and improved with every client we serve.
Position Overview:
We're hiring an Enterprise Account Manager to own our highest-value, highest-complexity client portfolio — enterprise and strategic accounts where you'll be the trusted executive partner, not just the point of contact. This is an individual-contributor role (not people management) focused on owning outcomes for a book of large, complex clients: retention, executive relationships, and long-term portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Client Partnership
• Serve as the executive relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of strategic client accounts.
• Develop trusted partnerships with key decision-makers and executive stakeholders.
• Gain a deep understanding of each client's business objectives, operational challenges, and compliance priorities.
• Act as the client's strategic advisor by recommending solutions that improve business outcomes and strengthen the overall partnership.
• Conduct recurring Executive Business Reviews to demonstrate value, review performance, and align future initiatives.
• Develop and execute a Customer Council program and plan industry conferences, medical compliance forums, networking events, and educational sessions that build a strong MedPro and MP1 community, strengthen customer relationships, showcase the company's expertise and thought leadership, and position MedPro and MP1 as a trusted leader in the medical compliance industry.
2. Client Success & Experience
• Own the end-to-end client experience from implementation through renewal.
• Lead onboarding validation by ensuring services, billing, contacts, and operational expectations are accurately established.
• Monitor customer health and proactively address risks before they impact the client experience.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely resolution of client issues and escalations.
• Drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy through proactive communication and continuous engagement.
3. Portfolio Growth & Value Creation
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for each assigned client.
• Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through additional services, compliance solutions, or operational improvements that create measurable client value.
• Lead renewal planning and contract discussions while protecting long-term client relationships.
• Maintain an active pipeline of expansion opportunities within the assigned portfolio.
• Achieve portfolio growth objectives while ensuring every recommendation aligns with the client's business needs and long-term success.
4. Portfolio Health Management
• Own the overall health and performance of an assigned client portfolio.
• Monitor client engagement, retention risks, service utilization, and satisfaction trends.
• Develop recovery strategies for at-risk accounts and coordinate cross-functional action plans.
• Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, client documentation, and CRM records.
• Utilize portfolio insights and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
5. Cross-Functional Leadership
• Serve as the central point of coordination between clients and internal teams.
• Partner closely with Operations, Customer Support, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Sales to ensure a consistent client experience.
• Advocate for client needs while balancing operational capabilities and business objectives.
• Share customer insights to influence product enhancements, service improvements, and organizational priorities.
• Foster collaboration that enables MedPro and MP1 to consistently exceed client expectations.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience managing strategic or enterprise-level client portfolios in Account Management, Customer Success, • Client Services, Business Development, or related consultative roles.
• Demonstrated success owning a significant book of business with accountability for retention, executive relationships, and portfolio growth.
