JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring a confident, phone-first outbound caller to keep the hiring pipeline for our U.S.-based insurance district full. You'll be the first voice candidates hear — building rapport, sizing up fit, and locking in interviews that actually happen.

This is a calling role, plain and simple. If you're comfortable dialing all day, know how to move a hesitant "maybe" toward a "yes," and get a rush out of hitting booking targets, keep reading.

What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to candidates every day and introduce the opportunity
- Pre-screen for interest, availability, and communication skills
- Book and confirm interview appointments
- Follow up proactively so no-shows stay low
- Keep candidate notes and statuses clean and current

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in cold calling or appointment setting
- Near-native spoken English — this is our single most important requirement, so please don't apply if your spoken English isn't strong
- Steady energy through high call volume
- Disciplined with follow-ups and tracking
- Self-directed and able to hit booking targets without hand-holding
- Recruitment background is a plus, but strong phone skills come first
