# Customer Success & Appointment Coordinator
**Remote — Philippines**
**Monday–Saturday | 1:00 PM–7:00 PM Central Time**
**Pay: $700 USD/month**
We are a Texas-based home service company looking for an experienced Customer Success & Appointment Coordinator.
This is a phone-heavy customer service role focused on taking care of homeowners, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, following up with opportunities, and keeping our CRM organized.
## Responsibilities
* Answer inbound customer calls
* Make outbound follow-up calls
* Schedule appointments
* Collect payments over the phone
* Respond to customer questions
* Follow up with leads who have not scheduled
* Keep accurate customer records and notes in our CRM
* Respond to calls, texts, and customer inquiries
* Follow company call flows and processes
* Track activity and performance
Experience with **GoHighLevel (GHL)** is strongly preferred, but experience with other CRMs and home-service software is valuable.

**Monday–Saturday**
**1:00 PM–7:00 PM Central Time**
**$700 USD per month**
You must be consistently available during the entire scheduled shift.

How many years of experience do you have, and what types of companies have you worked for?
**2. Have you worked for a U.S.-based home service company?**
If yes, what industry and what were your responsibilities?
**3. What experience do you have with GoHighLevel (GHL)?**
Please explain specifically what you personally did inside GHL.
**4. What other CRM, scheduling, or customer management systems have you used?**
Examples could include Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Jobber, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms.
**5. Have you personally collected credit or debit card payments from customers over the phone?**
If yes, explain your experience. Are you comfortable confidently asking a customer for payment during a phone call?
**6. Have you been responsible for converting incoming calls or leads into booked appointments?**
If yes, were you responsible for a booking rate, conversion rate, sales goal, or other performance metric?
**7. Do you have experience making outbound calls to leads or customers who did not initially schedule?**
Please explain what type of outbound calling or follow-up you performed.
**8. Have you been responsible for maintaining CRM records?**
Tell us about your experience with customer notes, lead statuses, tags, follow-up tasks, pipelines, or keeping customer information organized.
**9. Have you ever worked as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant?**
If yes, what were your primary responsibilities? Please include any experience managing schedules, communicating with customers, following up on tasks, maintaining systems, or supporting business owners/managers.
**10. Have you ever trained, coached, supervised, or helped onboard other CSRs or team members?**
Leadership experience is helpful but not required.
**11. Are you comfortable spending a large portion of your shift on the phone?**
This includes inbound calls, outbound follow-up, asking customers to schedule, and asking for payment.
**12. Why did you leave your last two jobs, and approximately how long did you work at each company?**
**13. Are you able to consistently work Monday through Saturday from 1:00 PM–7:00 PM Central Time?**
