JOB OVERVIEW

Work Setup: Remote
Type: Freelance / Project-Based
Start: ASAP

Our company is looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to audit, improve, and complete our existing CRM and automation setup.

Our GHL system has already been partially built, so we need someone who can quickly identify what is working, what needs improvement, and what is still missing.

Responsibilities:
- Audit the existing GHL setup.
- Review and optimize pipelines and lead stages.
- Review 3,000+ existing contacts and segmentation.
- Audit and improve workflows/automations.
- Review email and SMS sequences.
- Optimize the landing page, forms, calendar, and booking process.
- Improve lead tracking and follow-up.
- Test the complete lead journey from inquiry to Won/Lost.
- Fix broken or incomplete automations.
- Set up integrations when necessary.
- Document the final setup and provide a short team walkthrough.

Requirements
- Strong hands-on GoHighLevel experience.
- Experience with workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, funnels, and CRM.
- Email/SMS automation experience.
- Experience with Zapier, Make, APIs, or integrations is a plus.
- Able to troubleshoot another freelancer's existing setup.
- Must be an implementer, not only an adviser.
