Job Title: Cebu Field Partnerships & Community Growth Representative
Location: Cebu City — Hybrid Remote + Field
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Base Salary: ₱17,000/month + Unlimited Commission
Earning Potential: No commission cap

About the Role

We are launching a digital platform that makes it easier for people in the Philippines to find and connect with lawyers.

We need a high-energy, confident, street-smart Cebu-based person who can work remotely while also getting out into the community, distributing flyers, building relationships, and creating partnerships that generate new users.

This is not a desk-only marketing job. We want someone comfortable walking into businesses, introducing themselves, talking to managers and owners, asking for partnerships, leaving promotional materials, following up, and turning relationships into measurable growth.

What You'll Do
Distribute flyers and promotional materials throughout high-traffic Cebu locations.
Approach businesses and organizations to establish referral, flyer-display, QR-code, event, and promotional partnerships.
Build relationships with Ayala-area and SM-area businesses and establishments, local boutiques, beauty salons, nail salons, spas, barbershops, cafés, coworking spaces, gyms/fitness studios, condominium communities, dormitories, wedding/event businesses, women's organizations, community groups, OFW/family-oriented businesses, barangay community locations, and other places where people naturally discuss personal, family, employment, property, or business problems.
Professionally approach church/parish administrative offices and community organizations across Cebu barangays about permitted community-awareness materials—without soliciting during religious services.
Identify new partnership opportunities independently rather than waiting for a list.
Speak with owners, managers, administrators, receptionists, and community leaders.
Negotiate permission for flyer placement, QR-code displays, referral arrangements, promotional events, and other mutually beneficial partnerships.
Track every location visited, contact person, outcome, follow-up date, flyers distributed, and partnership secured.
Follow up by phone, Messenger, email, or in person.
Work remotely on outreach, research, reporting, partnership follow-up, and lead organization when not in the field.
Help us learn which Cebu neighborhoods, businesses, and community channels actually generate users.
Who We're Looking For

You should be:

Outgoing and fearless. You are comfortable walking into a business and starting a conversation with someone you've never met.

Professional and trustworthy. You're representing a legal-services marketplace, so you need to communicate clearly and respectfully.

A Cebu local expert. You understand Cebu City and ideally know areas such as Cebu Business Park, IT Park, Banilad, Lahug, Mabolo, Guadalupe, Capitol Site, Fuente, Mandaue and surrounding communities.

Commercially minded. You don't just hand someone a flyer—you ask, “Who makes the decision here, and how can we create a partnership?”

Organized. You can keep a simple daily tracker and consistently follow up.

Comfortable with commission. We want someone motivated by results and excited about having no ceiling on earnings.

Compensation

₱17,000 PHP monthly base salary + commission

Commission will reward measurable results such as qualified partnerships and successful growth outcomes.

Commission is unlimited. The better you perform, the more you can earn.
