JOB OVERVIEW

We are a DTC wellness brand selling to customers in the UK, Australia, Europe, Singapore, the UAE and the US. We are looking for someone to own our Instagram and TikTok accounts and keep them full, active and growing.

What you will do:
- Plan, create and publish 15 posts per month on Instagram and 15 on TikTok (Reels, carousels, statics, TikTok videos)
- Come up with content ideas yourself. You will get our brand assets, product info and a library of winning ads and past content. Study what already works, repurpose it, and make it better. Bring your own data and experience from other accounts too
- Produce the content: source and cut B-roll, edit UGC clips, design statics, use AI tools for images or video where it fits (Midjourney, Runway, Kling, ChatGPT, whatever you use). We care about output and results, not which tool you used
- Keep Instagram Highlights current (products, reviews, FAQs, how it works)
- Engage daily: reply to comments and DMs, comment on relevant posts, follow and interact with accounts in the wellness, sleep and longevity space, stay visible in the community
- Track performance and adjust the content mix month to month
- Send a short weekly update: what went out, what is planned, engagement numbers

Requirements:
- 2+ years managing Instagram and TikTok for a brand, ideally ecommerce or wellness
- Can edit short-form video and design statics (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, Photoshop or similar)
- Comfortable with AI content tools and photo editing
- Strong written English for captions and comments
- Self-directed. No daily task list, you fill the calendar
- Knows what works on TikTok right now
- Familiar with health and wellness content rules on Meta and TikTok

Nice to have:
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo or Meta Ads
- Worked with a DTC brand shipping to multiple countries
