JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, experienced Commercial Insurance Virtual Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a solid background in commercial insurance and is confident handling client communication, preparing quotes, servicing policies, and supporting sales efforts.
You'll work closely with our insurance agents to ensure smooth daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, and manage policies efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and compare insurance quotes across multiple commercial line carriers
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls
Assist with renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
Follow up on leads, quotes, and renewal opportunities
Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the management system
Provide timely, professional customer service
Support agents with administrative and sales-related tasks
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Insurance VA or in an insurance office setting
Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
Comfortable making and receiving calls
Familiarity with insurance management systems (e.g., EZLynx, AMS360, or similar)
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred
Experience working with US-based insurance agencies
