CRM & Email Outreach Specialist
30 Hours Per Week | Remote | $800 USD Per Month

We are a U.S.-based partnership marketing agency looking for an experienced, highly detail-oriented CRM and Email Outreach Specialist. This person will manage email outreach on behalf of our agency and clients, including building prospect lists, organizing CRM data, creating email sequences and ensuring every campaign is scheduled and executed correctly.

This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who understands how CRMs and email platforms work and can confidently manage campaigns with minimal oversight.

Primary Responsibilities

Build, schedule, test and monitor outbound email sequences
Manage client and prospect records within HubSpot
Maintain accurate contact data, notes, tasks and deal stages
Manage our sales pipeline and keep follow-up activity organized
Import, clean, segment and update email lists
Personalize outreach using contact and company information
Perform a complete quality check before any email or sequence is activated
Monitor deliverability, replies, open rates and campaign performance
Identify errors or risks before they affect a campaign
Recommend CRM improvements or alternative platforms when appropriate
Document processes and provide clear weekly updates

Required Experience

Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM
Experience creating and managing automated email sequences
Gmail and Google Workspace

Brevo or another email marketing platform
Contact list management, segmentation and data cleanup

Email deliverability and campaign quality assurance
Strong written English and excellent attention to detail

Proactive about identifying problems
Able to follow detailed processes without skipping steps
Confident asking questions when instructions are unclear
Available for some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours

Schedule and Compensation

30 hours per week
$800 USD per month to start
Paid trial period required
Long-term opportunity for the right person
Compensation review based on performance and expanded responsibilities
