JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview & Primary Objective

The Real Estate Cold Caller Specialist drives motivated-seller lead flow through cold calling and prospecting, setting appointments for the owner or qualifying warm leads for the owner to close. The role also provides CRM and basic administrative support. The primary objective is to increase qualified, motivated-seller lead flow that feeds the home-buying and real estate agent sides of the business.

Reporting line: this role reports to the Owner for prospecting and lead-generation activities, and to the Executive Assistant for logistics, CRM, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Cold Calling & Lead Generation
- Call leads and prospects to set appointments for the owner, or qualify and hand off warm leads for the owner to call.
- Generate and nurture a consistent flow of motivated-seller leads.
- Work call lists and follow-ups efficiently, staying comfortable with cold calls and handling rejection.
- Become proficient at converting qualified, motivated-seller leads into booked appointments.

CRM & Administrative Support
- Organize and optimize the CRM, keeping lead and contact records accurate and up to date.
- Perform data entry and maintain clean, well-structured pipeline data.
- Provide basic administrative support to the Executive Assistant.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

- Real estate and sales experience (mandatory)
- Excellent phone skills; very clear English with little to no accent
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent English communication
- Basic computer and CRM skills

Nice to Have
- Previous virtual / remote work experience
- Experience with Boldtrail CRM (formerly kvCORE)
- Experience with Vulcan7
- Enjoys lead generation and takes ownership of results
