JOB OVERVIEW

FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR – FULL-TIME REMOTE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Finance Administrator / Bookkeeper to join our growing agency.

This is a full-time remote role supporting finance operations for our business and potentially our clients.

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE

You must have previous experience in finance, accounting, or finance administration.

You should be confident with:

• Bank and transaction reconciliations
• Invoices and supplier payments
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Cash flow tracking
• Cost and expense reporting
• Financial spreadsheets and reporting
• Following up overdue payments or missing information

Experience with Xero or QuickBooks is required.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain accurate financial records
• Reconcile bank accounts and transactions
• Track invoices, payments, and outstanding balances
• Monitor arrears where applicable
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow and cost reports
• Update Xero or QuickBooks
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, and unusual costs
• Organise receipts, invoices, and supporting documents
• Support month-end finance administration
• Maintain and improve finance trackers and SOPs
