Chubby Nest is a growing mid-term and short-term rental management company dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences and seamless property operations. We are looking for a motivated and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team, focus on operations, and grow with us. We currently manage 55+ properties with a portfolio that is continuously growing.

-Guest Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, reservations, and concerns via email, messaging platforms, and phone.
-Administrative Support: Handle tasks like data entry, invoicing, and record-keeping.
-Property Coordination: Arrange and track maintenance or repairs with vendors, ensuring properties are guest-ready.
-Exceptional Service: Anticipate and address guest needs from all angles
-General Support: Assist with miscellaneous projects and tasks to contribute to business success.

>> REQUIREMENTS <<
- MUST HAVE: -1-2 years in the short term rental / mid term rental industry
- Experience with OwnerRez property management software.
- Familiarity with platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking dot com , FurnishedFinders, Zillow
- Quick response time: Handle guest (external) and team (internal) communications within 5 minutes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a warm, bubbly, informal, yet professional tone
- Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues independently and efficiently.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of multitasking in a remote environment.
- Tech-savvy and experienced with tools like Slack, Asana, Notion, Google Sheets,
- Knows how to use AI on a daily basis
- Reliable computer, stable internet connection,
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures
