# **Editor & Social Media Strategist (Full-Time, Remote)**

**$1,000 USD/month | Immediate start**

I’m looking for a full-time **Content Editor & Social Media Strategist** to join my team and help grow my personal brand and online coaching ---------- is a personal brand and online coaching business focused on helping individuals **sustainably lose weight and stop binge eating**. We’ve helped over 70 clients in the past 18 months alone, and we’re continuing to grow.

We currently post around **3 short-form videos per day and 3–4 long-form videos per week**. We’re looking at potentially reducing this volume to focus more heavily on quality over quantity, so I’m looking for someone who can help shape that strategy.

# **Your responsibilities**

- Edit and post short-form and long-form videos across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Research, ideate and develop high-performing content ideas based on trends, audience pain points and what is already performing well
- Create carousel posts
- Write captions and hooks
- Clip long-form videos into short-form content where relevant
- Review content analytics such as retention, watch time, views and engagement to understand what’s working and what needs to change
- Manage the content calendar
- Bring new ideas and proactively contribute to the overall content strategy

**I’m not looking for someone who simply edits videos.** I’m looking for someone who understands why content performs, can identify strong ideas and hooks, and can use data to continuously improve the content strategy.

# **The ideal candidate**

- Has strong written and spoken English
- Has **6–12+ months of experience** working with an online business, creator or personal brand
- Has experience editing short-form and/or long-form content
- Can interpret content analytics and use them to make better content decisions
- Understands what makes content engaging and high-performing
- Is creative and proactive, and can bring ideas to the table without needing constant direction
- Has a strong attention to detail
- Has a personal interest in sustainable health, weight loss or binge eating *(desirable but not essential)*

# **KPIs**

Your role will ultimately be focused on **growing the pages and generating more inbound leads**.

This includes improving:

- Reach
- Views
- Engagement
- Follower growth
- Watch time and retention
- Overall content performance
- Inbound leads
