JOB OVERVIEW

Our team is seeking empathetic, energetic Registered Nurses (RN) with an active license to work virtually alongside our U.S.-based healthcare providers and medical assistants.

In this multi-faceted role, you will leverage your clinical expertise from a remote environment—handling patient scheduling, real-time scribing, medical record management, and prescription processing. You will receive comprehensive, hands-on training and ongoing support from our team to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Scheduling & Intake: Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently while obtaining necessary clinical intake information.

Clinical Scribing: Accurately document provider-patient encounters in real time within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

EHR Management: Enter, update, and maintain comprehensive patient data, medical histories, and charts.

Prescription Refills: Process routine prescription refill requests following provider protocols and standing medical orders.

Billing Support: Collaborate with our administrative and billing team to verify documentation and ensure accurate claim submission.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education & License: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional clinical work experience.

Schedule Alignment: Must be able to work during Arizona Time (MST / No Daylight Saving Time) business hours.

Language Proficiency: Comfortably fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with computers, digital tools, and Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms.

Remote Setup: Dedicated, quiet home office space with reliable high-speed internet, a working headset, and a secure environment to maintain HIPAA compliance.
