JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! I'm a U.S.-based Amazon Influencer and content creator looking for an experienced Amazon Influencer Virtual Assistant to help me grow and manage my content business.

I'm looking for someone who can become my behind-the-scenes support person — keeping my content pipeline full, finding new product opportunities, communicating with brands, managing Creator Connections, and helping distribute the content I create.

My goal is to spend more of my time filming and creating, while you help keep everything moving behind the scenes.

I'm specifically looking for someone who already has experience with the Amazon Influencer ecosystem and can work independently with minimal training.

This will start as a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a larger, long-term role.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your biggest priorities will be:

Researching products that would be a good fit for my Amazon Storefront and audience
Finding brands and Amazon sellers to contact for product samples
Sending approved brand/sample outreach
Following up with brands and tracking responses
Helping coordinate product samples
Researching Amazon Creator Connections campaigns
Identifying strong Creator Connections opportunities
Keeping product, sample, campaign, and content tracking organized

Additional responsibilities may include:

Uploading and managing Amazon Influencer videos
Cross-posting completed content to YouTube and Pinterest
Basic CapCut video editing
Creating simple thumbnails in Canva
Writing basic video titles/descriptions
General administrative support related to my content business

MUST-HAVES
Previous experience working with an Amazon Influencer
Familiarity with Amazon Influencer Storefronts
Experience with Amazon Creator Connections
Experience with product research and/or brand outreach
Strong written English — C1/C2 English preferred
Excellent attention to detail
Organized and able to manage multiple ongoing tasks
Able to work independently without needing step-by-step instruction for standard Amazon Influencer tasks
Reliable communication
Fast, reliable internet
Comfortable receiving feedback and applying it moving forward
Interested in a long-term working relationship

Experience with the following is a plus:

ViralVue
Securing product samples for Amazon Influencers
CapCut
Canva
YouTube
Pinterest
Google Drive

SCHEDULE

Approximately 5–8 hours per week to start.

I am located in California (Pacific Time), but you do not need to work U.S. hours. Most tasks can be completed asynchronously.

Some availability for occasional communication during overlapping hours is helpful.

There is potential for increased hours as the business grows.

COMPENSATION

Starting rate: $5 USD/hour

This position will begin with a 30-day paid trial period.

If we're a good fit, my goal is to continue working together long-term and increase hours and responsibilities as the business grows.

Payment will be made twice per month via [Wise / Payoneer].
