JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're a luxury marketing agency running Social/Design/Content, Web, Paid Ads, and SEO/GEO for premium and high-end brands. Our clients expect a certain bar — polished, on-time, expensive-looking — and delivering that across multiple teams and multiple accounts takes someone who owns the whole picture. This is a senior role: you'll run project delivery end-to-end, be a steady point of contact for clients, and build the system that makes our delivery repeatable as we scale. If projects slip, scope creeps, or clients are guessing where things stand, that's yours to fix — and to prevent.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own delivery across every team — Social/Design/Content, Web, Paid Ads, SEO/GEO — from kickoff to launch: timelines, resourcing, dependencies, QA gates, and client deadlines.
- Be a confident client-facing lead: run status updates, manage scope and expectations, and keep clients informed without the founders having to step in.
- Build the PM system itself — process, tooling, SOPs, intake, capacity planning — so the agency runs on a standard, not on heroics.
- Keep work moving daily: unblock the team, chase what's stuck, and make the call on priorities when timelines collide.
- Run resource and capacity planning across accounts so we take on the right amount of work and staff it correctly.
- Protect quality and deadlines at once — you're the checkpoint that catches a slipping timeline or an off-brand deliverable before the client does.
- Report clearly to leadership: what's on track, what's at risk, and what needs a decision.

REQUIRED
- Proven senior project management experience in an agency or client-services environment, running multiple accounts and cross-functional teams at once.
- Strong client-facing communication — you can hold a room, manage expectations, and make clients feel handled.
- Hands-on with modern PM tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Notion, or similar) and comfortable standing up process, not just working inside someone else's.
- Excellent written and spoken English, highly organized, and self-directed — you own outcomes with minimal oversight.
- Available full-time during US/EST business hours.

NICE TO HAVE
- Background delivering digital marketing work specifically (social, web, paid, or SEO).
- Experience in luxury, fashion, jewelry, watches, or premium hospitality.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
- Experience using AI tools to speed up planning, documentation, and reporting.
