JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a reliable, detail-oriented AI UGC Video Editor to join our team full-time.

We create high-volume short-form videos for Facebook and Instagram using realistic AI-generated creators. You will be given completed scripts, character references, product images, reference videos, and creative direction.

Our goal is content that feels like real influencer footage filmed on an iPhone — not an overly polished AI ad.

Following instructions is one of the most important parts of this job. We have a specific production system and detailed creative direction. If you tend to skim instructions, improvise instead of following references, or repeatedly miss requested changes, this will not be a good fit.

What You’ll Do

* Generate AI video scenes from provided scripts and character references
* Keep characters consistent across scenes
* Edit complete videos in CapCut
* Match provided reference videos closely
* Add captions and correct audio using ElevenLabs when needed
* Fix AI errors, awkward cuts, and continuity issues
* Create accurate product CTA scenes
* Complete revisions quickly
* Produce approximately 5–7 finished videos per day

Requirements

* Previous AI UGC / AI spokesperson video experience
* Strong CapCut and short-form editing skills
* Experience with AI video-generation tools
* Familiarity with ElevenLabs
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to follow instructions exactly
* Ability to maintain character consistency
* Full-time availability and reliable communication

Experience with Veo, Flow, Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, Nano Banana, or similar tools is a major plus.

What We Provide

Completed scripts, avatars, character references, product images, example videos, SOPs, creative direction, and daily assignments.

You are not responsible for writing scripts or posting videos.

Compensation

$400–$600 USD/month, depending on experience, quality, speed, and production capacity.

Qualified applicants will complete a paid $10–$20 editing test within 24–48 hours.

The strongest candidates will then complete a two-week paid trial before being considered for a permanent full-time position.
