Producer Labs is a Los Angeles-based music marketing agency.
We're looking for a Campaign Coordinator to support two campaign managers. A label hands us a song and a budget — you're the one who turns that into booked creators, collected drafts, and posts going live on schedule.
Shift: This is a graveyard-shift role. You'll need to be online and reachable 10:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Time (roughly 1:00 AM–9:00 AM Philippine time). Please only apply if you can commit to this schedule long-term.
How it works: Brands and labels bring us a budget and a track. We allocate that budget across creators on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube who post with the song. We don't manage creators directly — we build relationships and deploy them on campaigns. You'll be at the center of that, in daily contact with creators.
We're a small, fast-moving team, and this role's scope will grow with the company. It's a good fit for someone who wants increasing responsibility over time, jumps into new problems without waiting for step-by-step instructions, and sees a growing plate as a sign of trust, not a burden.
What you'll do
Build and vet creator lists for active campaigns, and help shape the proposal that goes back to the client
Handle creator outreach and negotiation via DM and
Track down drafts and posts: get ETAs, check content against the brief, follow up until it's live
Replace creators who go dark or drop out, and fill the slot before the deadline slips
Keep 15–20 active campaigns updated in Airtable so status is visible to anyone on the team
Flag stalled campaigns early, along with what's already been tried and what's needed to unblock it
Must-haves
2+ years in campaign support, coordination, or a VA role with substantial outreach experience
Strong written English — you'll be pitching creators and sitting in on client conversations
Comfortable on video calls, and comfortable being the one to speak up when something's off track
Able to juggle multiple campaigns without letting follow-ups slip
Can commit long-term to the graveyard shift
Reliable power and internet, with a backup plan in place for outages
Nice-to-haves
Experience in music marketing, influencer marketing, or the creator economy
Deck-building skills (Gamma, Canva, or Google Slides)
Familiarity with Airtable,
To apply: Send us one real outreach message you've sent to a creator or partner, and tell us what happened afterward. Shortlisted candidates will receive a short form, followed by a 20-minute video interview.
