Freelance Creator Sourcing Specialist (TikTok & Instagram)
Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and chronically online Creator Sourcing Specialist to help us identify short-form video creators for our growing ambassador program. Your singular focus will be discovery and lead generation.
You will not be responsible for DMing, emailing, or negotiating with these creators. Your job is strictly to find the right talent, vet their metrics, and hand off a high-quality list to our outreach team. IMPORTANT: WE HAVE A STRICT QUOTA OF HOW MANY INFLUENCERS WE EXPECT PER WEEK. ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE ABLE TO FIND AT LEAST 500 INFLUENCERS WEEK VIA TIKTOK/INSTAGRAM APP.
What You’ll Do
Deep-Dive Sourcing: Scour TikTok and Instagram to find short-form creators who align with our target demographics (specifically micro-influencers, sports tipsters, and engaging niche commentators).
Data Collection: Build and maintain an organized database (Google Sheets) of creator profiles, including handles, follower counts, and contact information if publicly available.
Quality Vetting: Ensure every sourced creator meets our specific criteria for engagement (not just follower count) and content quality, filtering out bots, inauthentic accounts, or off-brand content.
Market Focus: Identify creators who specifically resonate with Latin American audiences and produce content in Spanish.
What We’re Looking For
Platform Expertise: You know the ins and outs of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, hashtags, and discovery tools.
Analytical Eye: You understand that a high follower count doesn't always equal high engagement, and you know how to spot authentic communities.
Detail-Oriented: You take pride in building clean, accurate, and easy-to-read spreadsheets.
Cultural Fluency: Familiarity with LatAm digital culture and fluency in Spanish is highly preferred to effectively evaluate the creators' content.
Self-Starter: You can take a creator brief and run with it, delivering lists on time with minimal micromanagement.
